Teen Visioning Exchange

Exchanges are the heart of our peer-learning community.  We hope to expand these benefits to the next generation.

TV-X aims to empower teens to identify their values, understand their environment, and step into their self-determination.

Adolescence is a tumultuous right of passage. While not universally hated, it is considered by most to be one of the more painful and difficult periods of life. But with it comes opportunity. It can be a safe and exciting entrance into the larger world. More often, by number, it is strife.

The 21st century has been chaos for young people. Our current political situation lies at the end of years of young people begging, protesting, calling our representatives to try and stop where we were obviously headed. Now, as the adults should be trying to scramble and take on the responsibility, where does that leave youths?

The Exchange

TV-X seeks to invest in the next generation that often gets left behind: teenagers.

Our goal is to organize an exchange within a Bay Area community. Students will have an opportunity to learn about their community, build practical life-skills, & practice advocating for themselves.

TV-X will play critical outer support, creating a safe & empowering container for this dialogue.

Using Grove methodology, in partnership with a local youth organization, we hope to design a repeatable curriculum for other educators to use.

Will You Steward the Next Generation?

We need help from community leaders, youth mentors, advocates, parents, teachers, and anyone invested in empowering our youth.

If you prioritize independence  and free thinking in our youth, this program is for you. Join us as a collaborator, sponsor, or organizer—many hands make lighter work.
